Leg of Pork
Our pork leg is a versatile joint of meat that is delicious roasted. This joint is cut from the top of the hind leg of the pork carcass. The muscles have worked hard, though, so make sure you give it a bit of time to cook through and yield its tender, juicy meat. For ease of preparation, our butchers have boned, rolled and tied this joint, ready to be popped into the oven.
